How’s your mental fitness?

We all know that physical fitness is important. Strengthening your mental fitness enables you to handle challenges with grace and power.

As described in my January 19th talk with TBHMPC, I facilitate a program to help you build your “Sage” powers and weaken the voice of “Saboteurs” - those inner critic voices holding us back from reaching our potential by telling us we’re not good enough, we won’t be successful, and that we’re imposters at work.

In this program, you’ll have access to:

1) a daily app that will help you strengthen your mental fitness and build resilience. You’ll gain more insight into your own personal Saboteurs and how to minimize the limitations they impose on your performance. You’ll have access to the app for a full year.

2) weekly videos that explain the concepts of Mental Fitness and lead you through exercises to help you build the muscle of your inner Sage

3) a weekly group check-in with me, your coach, to discuss the concepts
