The Hardest Thing About Leading at the Top Isn't Strategy. It’s Courage.
Neuroscience research supports the efficacy of coaching. This engagement is for people who want to make significant improvements in their lives and are ready to take the leap.
My coaching clients are professionals who are committed to creating powerful shifts. Some clients begin first to focus on the “life” part, others the “executive.” Regardless of the starting point, coaching impacts and empowers all parts of your life.
Why Work With Me
I've led where the margin for error was zero.
I flew jets off aircraft carriers in the United States Navy. I led global teams at Google and Meta through the kind of disruption that rewrites industries. I'm a Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow studying what makes leaders choose courage during times of disruption. I’m an Executive Leadership Coach at Harvard Business School, supporting leaders who
I've been the person in the room who had to decide — with incomplete information, high stakes, and an audience watching.
That background doesn't make me a better coach because it's impressive. It makes me a better coach because I understand what you're actually managing and how lonely it can feel when you’re the one everyone is looking to for answers.
Over the past 20 years I’ve worked with clients in a wide range of sectors, including technology, healthcare, entertainment and finance. My clients include start-up entrepreneurs, C-Suite executives and attorneys.
My practice is based in Boston, MA and I work with clients globally via phone/Zoom as well as on/offsite.
The Investment
$20,000 for a six-month engagement.
This includes bi-weekly private sessions, direct access between sessions for real-time support on decisions as they emerge, and a relationship built around complete confidentiality.
I intentionally work with a small number of clients at any given time. If you're considering this, the right first step is a 30-minute conversation.
I look forward to supporting you in your leadership journey.
You know what the right move is. You've known for a while.
What stops most executives isn't information — it's the weight of what courage actually costs at your level. The political risk. The relationships. The identity questions that come when you lead in a way your organization isn't used to.
That's the work I do with leaders.
What we do:
Six Months. Real Stakes.
It's a high-contact, confidential partnership designed for leaders navigating decisions that don't have clean answers.
What we work on:
The decision you've been circling for months
The team dynamic that's quietly draining your effectiveness
The fear underneath your best instincts and how to lead from those instincts anyway
How to hold a room when everything is uncertain
What "courageous leadership" actually looks like in your organization, in your industry, right now
